Man, so here’s the deal: GAME just went and canceled a bunch of pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2. Yeah, the console that everyone’s been buzzing about, dropping next week. Apparently, they messed up—like, big time. But the why behind it? Your guess is as good as mine.
Anyway, GAME’s over here saying they’re busting their tails trying to fix it, get everyone’s pre-orders back up and running. But honestly, no clue on what tripped them up in the first place. Classic, right?
Their apology was kinda what you’d expect: “Sorry ’bout that! Totally get it, you’re bummed, and we’re hustling to sort it out.” Something like that. Typical corporate speak, if you ask me. But if your order got the axe, they’re on it. Or they say they are. Keep an eye on your inbox or whatever, I guess.
And oh, if you’re caught up in this mess, they say hit up the GAME Customer Service. Good luck with that, by the way.
So, this Nintendo Switch 2 thing? It’s hitting shelves worldwide on June 5, 2025. Set your piggy banks to £395.99 if you’re in the UK, or €469.99 in Europe, and over in the States, it’s $449.99. Honestly, I should save my pennies or maybe just wait and see if they reinstate those orders, huh?
But yeah, there’s supposed to be this overview trailer, too, though right now, I’m kinda more interested in what they’ll do next. Or if they’ll fix this mess in time. Who knows?
